The poses are great but I think the bases (the grass. In particular) and the painting drag it down a bit. Try touching up the guns and trim and maybe washing it with asurmen blue to give it depth.

First I would advise you NOT to use grey Knights kits for Ultramarines. You'll end up spending $66 per 10 men squad.
Paint the base brown before you glue the grass on.
Water your paint down so it won't be as think and you can get a smooth, even surface coverage. Don't neglect the details. I see a TON of details that you just painted blue.

I know everyone else has already said it but the bases really let them down.
for a really quick and effective base:
1 - prime with scorched brown
2 - glue on coarse sand using white glue
3 - dry brush colours onto the sand till satisfied with the effect
4 - add grass if required
Its really simple to do and alot more effective than just grass.
As for the models i agree with legion, The poses are good they just need the details picking out, and maybe a wash then highlights.
All in all about an hours work and they will be 10x better.
