I'm starting an Iron Warriors army to break up the monotony of painting a bunch of guardsmen. Also they are pretty sweet. So far i have basically finished one unit of terminators and the Lord. I have 24 Berzerkers that are still being built as well as 5 loyal terminators that will be converted to chaos with left over lord/chaos terminator bits. So... there they are so far. I'm not overly concerned about the neatness of the hazard stripes. As long as it look good from a few feet away i'm happy.

They're a tad shiny. If that's what you want them to be, that's cool. Personally I think even just a Badab Black wash over the armor would be a nice touch.
Nicely done though.

Yeah i based in bolt gun then did (old) black ink wash over and then a light dry brush of mithril. Probably a little to shiny for millennia old chaos...

I mean... Unless they just conquered the car-wash planet of... Um.... Carwashia? And got their armor all washed and waxed? Lol.
Ink is good for crevasses, washes are good for all over.

They look good. Glad you did the bright green grass for a nice contrast with the silver. Btw I will put my necron pics up soon enough (I will do a separate BA thread)
