Blue guys look like Mark Copplestone sculpts (either his older Grenadier Future Warriors line or his current [copplestone castings] lot).

**Insert obligatory warning that Brake fluid MUST be disposed of properly (not just tipping down the sink or drain). I have three mechanics in my street. YMMV. Simple Green struggles with enamels.

I think you're right about the Copplestone sculpts. Based on the heads and weapons, I think they're the "Copplestone Castings" versions.
Who makes the Russkie snipers (the ones without masks)?

Which sniper?
The one in the dark blue cloak is from GW. One of the Tanith troopers.

Wow absolutely amazing, looked like a great set-up for a game!
I'm guessing the blue guys are similar to 'Rogue Trooper', and have an inbuilt immunity to a poisonous atmosphere etc. Did you infer any special rules to infer some kind of advantage?
