Built and painted this Chimera as a standard variant (multilaser, heavy bolter) at xmas but whilst tidying my work desk last night, I found the remains of a Predator sprue with the autocannon still on it!
It looks a little large but I think it adds to the extra armour feel of it, after all, I think I'd reinforce around areas containing ammo!

I think you did a fantastic job!
My only suggestion would have been to cut some of the armor off
the bottom side. It looks like it stops it from moving down. That said
it looks awesome as is!

I would have done but it's remained as part of the structure, I used the original mounting pin and it was extremely loose and had a bit of a tendency to fall a bit low.

Reminds me of the Kronus Pattern Chimera from Dow FoK.
I like it.

I like it just one question though why didn't you just cut and swap barrels? surley that would have been both easier and looked better. but anyways it looks good

Because I really wanted to use the targeter that's on the Predator weapon and it wouldn't have physically fitted on the existing Chimera mount with the gun as well.
