Regardless of what you think, or what you have been told, you package is en-route. When the confirmation # does get updated / your package is delivered, this case you raged out and opened on paypal will get dropped, and the funds will be released back to us.
You are what makes all gamers look bad. I truthfully the situation to you in a calm and collected manner, and you rage out, make demands, and try to get your money back for something the we both know will be to you this week.
Feel free to not email us back, and never order here again. We're not a charity, nor do we have to put up with your stupidity. Enjoy your toys, as it seems your life revolves around them.
Ill be sure to post all this correspondence on any thread you decide to open up on any forum anywhere, I'm sure it will be entertaining to everyone, as our rep is quite good.
Thank You,

Thank you for your prompt response. I am rather taken back by your company’s sudden unprofessional tone. I made no demands in my emails and was simply keeping you informed of the situation, providing contact information, and making suggested recommendations as to how we could resolve the issue. I certainly never accused you of PRETENDING to ship, I did however tell you what my post office told me. If you had read the emails you would have even noted that I corrected the received by date given by the post office from the 20th to the 19th. Unfortunately for you, you do not get to simply toss your hands in the air and claim, I DID MY JOB, and not participate in following through and seeing that I receive the items for which I paid. Your comment “Your order shipped for free even!!”, does not make the issue any different. Whether or not I received free shipping is irrelevant to the fact the items have not arrived as they should have and the fact the package, according to the United States Post Office has never received the physical package form you only the electronic receiving information.
I have just come from my local Post Office, USPS Lockhill Station in San Antonio, Texas. The supervisor, Debbie, informed me after some research the package has not left Garner, NC. I just spoke with the post office at Garner, NC and was informed they received the Electronic Receiving Information on 4/19/2012 of the package, however, as of this date the package has not been received by his post office. He stated the item is a drop shipment and as of today, 4/24/2012 they have not received the package to begin moving it to us here in San Antonio. He also stated the package would have been delivered on 4/21/2012 HAD he received the package as he should have. So at this point, according to 2 US Postal Supervisors, you HAVE NOT done you job, you HAVE NOT mailed me a package and the post office has NOT received the package for mailing.

Fw: My slow moving package!
Im sorry but we will not be shipping you another package. The order WAS shipped on the date indicated. We ship from a rural area that contracts out their shipping (because there isn't enough money "to be made" for them).
Why would we pretend to ship you the order, then hold it for two days? Doesn't it make sense that some stupid bean counter at USPS decided to hold some struck somewhere till it was full?
That is not our fault. We DID our job. Your order shipped for free even!
It will hit a USPS hub here today or tomorrow I'm sure, as first class mail can take up to 10 days to receive counting weekends and all. You will see your package of toys is on the way, safe and sound. Check the postmark, we're not lying. Keep in mind too that this is Delivery Confirmation, not "tracking" like UPS or FED EX. It confirms when you receive it, not the route it takes.
If when you do get it, you want to return it, please contact us for that information.
Thank You,

Fw: My slow moving package!
I am sorry, I wanted to give you our contact info 000-000-0000. I would like new product shipped ASAP in priority or express mail or overnight, while you and the post office sort out my lost package. IF my product should ever be found and arrive here I will simply mark it return to sender. As you have delivery confirmation on the package, I clearly would not be able to keep the package. Also, once you initiate tracking for a lost package at your end you will be notified when it is found.
I would like to hear from you today regarding what action you are going to take with the post office and concerning my getting delivery of my product. Should I not hear from you I will have to initiate a dispute with paypal.
Thanky ou

Well we now appear to have a larger issue than I am getting my package late. My local post office now confirms, as does the tracking, that the post office logged my package in on 4/19/2012, however, the estimated date of delivery was Saturday, Monday at the latest...event today BUT they do NOT have the package and their system simply shows they can expect to receive it. Please verify WHERE you sent it the address that was printed on the label and I suppose form your end you will have to contact your local post office and initiate a tracking to find my package. In the mean time what am I to do about my tanks? I have been waiting all this time for a package that it is now clear is LOST and may never come, please inform me of what your policy is for such matters. I looked up dicebucket.com but you do not have any phone contact information available.

Hi there,
I apologize for your frustration; this is actually an issue that we are trying to resolve with the local postal service. We did deliver your order to the postal facility on the specified date, in good faith that it would be processed in a timely manner. I am sorry that it seems that this did not happen. This was sent First Class Mail.
Thank You!

I received this in an email from you dated 4/18/2012. I called the local post office on 4/21/2012 and was informed the item was not received by the post office for shipping until the 20th, two days after your email says it was shipped. It has not arrived today, the post office here reports it has not been received and it was mailed PARCEL POST, or First Class mail........how did you mail this package? I see the estimate says standard shipping. However, I was not under the impression it was going to come parcel post and take over a week. What is really upsetting is the package was not received by USPS until the 20th, if it would have been shipped on the 18th like the email said, it would have been here by now even with parcel post shipping. You should not send emails stating items have shipped when they are going to be held for an additional 2 days. Customers look for the product and expect it when they are told it is shipped. the post office provides estimates from one destination to another, you create disappointment and frustration when you say it is shipped and then hold the package for two days.
