Nice, I love the all the armor. The green on the cape could be darker but that's just my taste.

Blood Angels are always a winner for me and this is a particularly good example. Ace armour and the detailing is really subtle. Not sure about the green on the cloak, but otherwise top notch!

Fantastic work. The dull red works really well. Great work.

One thing however is why has the model (in general not just yours) have a Crux on the shoulder pad? does the master of the arsenal get a Invulnerable save as well?

Hmm.. Isnt the Master a regular captain for one of the companies? And all Captains got an Iron Halo?
Atleast the Apoc Formation names them as regular captains.

Painted:
~8500pts (Blood Raven)
~6000pts

Well, maybe there where specific rules for them in 4th Edition Codex, but in 5th there are no Masters of the Arsenal/Fleet/etc. But in the Apocalypse Rulebook (also GW product) there is a formation where you use a chapter master and all four Master of the Arsenal/etc. And they are describes as 'regular' captains. And I think they are company masters. If im not totally wrong, Master of the Recruits are Company Master for 10th Company? or if it was 9th? Or maybe Im totally wrong =P

But either way regarding the rules for it; its a lovely model you have painted! I got the masters laying around, and one day I'll try paint them in Blood Raven colors
