It looks cool but I think the spine is a bit too big. I would try to make a smaller spine and I think it would look more organic.

The figure feels very unbalanced standing on the edge of the base like that.

I think the spine is actually fairly well proportioned if you think about the size of an ork nob. but i do agree, he needs to be moved back towards the centre of the base
