Here is a first try on a papercrafting...not very interesting or in topic, but wanted to post it anyway for some friends of mine to take a look at it^^

Its been mentioned above already, but nice palette choice for your army. Few people stray too far from the typical necron colors, but you've done a great job.

4250 points of Blood Angels goodness, sweet and silky W12-L6-D4
1000 points of Teil-Shan (my own scheme) Eldar Craftworld in progress
800 points of unassembled Urban themed Imperial Guard
650 points of my do-it-yourself Tempest Guard
675 points of Commoraghs finest!

The Dude - "Jackie Treehorn treats objects like women, man."

Lord Helmet - "I bet she gives great helmet."

Agreed! Not at all the colour scheme I would have chosen but that would be my loss because it looks awesome and genuinely unique. Well done and a big effort there too!

Great looking necrons. The wraiths are very well done popping in and out of stuff like that.

My only problem is that in the pullback shots, all I can really see are the bases. Dat Color!

It's spelled "cavalry." NOT "calvary."

I know, the base color was made so to "light up" the models, assuming they will be often standing on a dark background (concrete, ruins and such!). On a white table, the effect is not really the one intended, so please accept my apologies.

Any hint on how to improve my paintings?

A consistent color scheme applied cleanly to all models in the army = job well done.

A unique color scheme outside of the "canon" interpretaion = +1 job well done.

As for improvements, because of the lighting in the photos we cannot see the existing details.

However, everyone can always improve the look of their army by edging, highlights, some weathering/battle damage, perhaps some on-source-lighting. (I need to take my own advice!)

You are off to a great start.

I also approve to the Wraiths "phasing" through the bits on their bases.
