Hello All!

Here are pics from a commission work from a few years ago.

It is modeled and painted as requested.

A Forge World Caestus Assault Ram ship. Painted in Dark Angels Deathwing colors. The customer wanted the Caestus to be showroom clean looking with no battle damage or wear.

The ram doors can open and close.

I hope you like it.
Thanks
D.

Very clean paintjob, as per the customer request... At this point it is pretty odd to see something with no weathering though lol.

I have only 2 actual criticisms -

1. The wings seem misaligned, tilted down from the main body
2. I find the choice of blue very odd for DW, considering the overall lack of green, at a glance, only the tiny DW symbol really lets me know which chapter this is for for sure.

Nice work overall though!

Thanks,
It is exactly as requested.
I have learned not question what a customers wants, just how they want it painted.
The wings were quite warped when I got them and I had to spend a lot of time trying to straighten them out. They had to be pinned to to keep them in place. There were a lot of warped pieces in this kit.

Just an observation about the model, but does anyone think it looks kind of like White Base?

Also, nice paintjob.
