hello everyone i was trying to find a paint schemes for my necrons i was going to go green for the wepons an orange for the power systems or shood i just go all green what yall think ill post more of my other work to some time lol ps if this looks odd iv never posted anything befor so kinda new for me

yea i really want to go all orange but im not sure how to do the effects of it glowing like thay did for Illuminor Szeras staff thats what made me go that rout any ideas how to make the orange paint like that staff

I've seen all orange for the OSL, looks quite nice with the dark base colours. Looking at your first picture I'd say just go with that orange you have there, perhaps use a touch of yellow to make a third slightly brighter orange then use the darkest for the glow.

thanks all anyone have a good idea on how to layer the orange like thay did for Illuminor Szeras staff all so ii need to find were to get the orange rods for the necron warriors an the monolith
