I have a 2500 point game tomorrow, Saturday the 12th, and am working on my list. The only requirements I have for this list is Sisters only (no Uriah Bomb or Battle Conclaves today) and no vehicles. So far I have the following worked out:

As is I have 65 points left to play with. The problem is what to take. I could up a Ret squad or two to have Multi-meltas or even Heavy Flamers. I could give my Seraphim Superiors some gear. Or I could change my the specials/heavy weapons of the BSS. I don't really want to add another unit because of kill points and there isn't much else I could add with the restrictions I've placed on myself. So, keeping in mind my self-imposed restrictions, what would you do with this list?

Drop MB on the seraphim and get eviscerators. Ballsy list. Like I said on the other thread, without fearless or a counter charge threat you need to be REAL careful about getting assaulted.

Oh and 2 M/M and 2 MM/M.

I know of at least one mech Eldar player, possible some Dark Eldar Raider Spam, at least 1 Tyranid MC/Horde Hybrid list, Paladin GK list, Coteaz and Friends with 3 Storm Chickens, and probably some SW and other Marine variants.

Hope for the tyranids or the paladin spam. The rest will eat you alive.

The Plan (TM) such as it is, is to screen 2 or 3 of the BSS with one forming a 'C' around the others as a mostly encompassing screen from the front and sides to mitigate only that unit being charged as opposed to all 3-4. The Rets will hold back/mid-field deployment scenario, etc. dependent with the last BSS. The Seraphim either move up-field making use of cover as needed/can or DS as disruption. St. Celestine does what she does best in front of the whole thing.

Oh, the SW player does Drop Pod/Logan/Terminators type lists.

If you are using a back-field BSS, why not reserve them to avoid any arty-related issues early game which could see them struggle to hold on if all goes to hell later in the game

I actually feel pretty good about being matched up against the Coteaz/Stormraven/DCA & Crusader Henchmen list. Just need to shoot those chickens out of the air and it wont be that bad.

@motyak: I may end up doing just that. If one of the scenarios ends up not relying on troops/objectives, then there wouldn't be as much need for that.
