I joined the table-top gaming universe 7 months ago and since then i have (through trial and error) had a lot of poorly painted models but now i think i am much more successful than i was. You won't find any painted-multi-model units i have no stamina for painted so after having finished a model i often get bored and move on (i know this is not wise).
Any opinions, comments, tips or advice are welcome
Enjoy

I really like Kairos and the Plague Marine, I think they will look great on the table. I can't say I have many fully painted units myself, I suffer from the same lack of motivation and I've been at this since the 90s. Just paint what you feel like at the time not what you think needs to be painted. My advice to beginners is to keep their painting as neat as possible, which I think you have done a good job of so far.
