Typhon painted with my Legion's scheme, then given just a tiny bit more blight.
OK, a lot more blight, and green stuff.

Not done painting the spires poking out or the orange scabs.
Any suggestions on how to make the scabs more interesting, because as the stand they're pretty bland.

I think it looks great. I get what you mean though about a sort of blandness. Careful highlighting with a brighter color could help, but no promises.

I've been going over it with lightened range then re-washing it to give it a mottled effect but it still doesn't stand out.
Do you think a brown wash would give it more of a scabby look.
