Please fire whoever designed the current sculpts and wrote the current codexes, they don't understand anything about the concept of SCI FI, and are probably fantasy minded neckbeards loaded with too much testosterone( as you can see, they are very sexist)

instead, please merge FW and Citadel into one company so that the writers and sculptors from forge world can make the next stuff so that we don't get anything that looks positively stupid like the Stormraen or Storm Talon and perhaps we'll get something more badass such as the Storm Eagle in plastic and of which Orks can loot

They've got some perfectly competent miniatures designers and some people who have done great writing. A lot of GW's new stuff is great. Just really overpriced and their current primary author writes like an over-excited 12 year old fanboy.

This does not necessitate getting rid of everyone.
