Hi All!

Ok so i have some Space Wolves to paint up and i know that the normal colours do look good, so i have sprayed up some figures with my airbrush.

I basecoated with GW Choas black primer (as i had a tin laid out).
Then did first basecoat of the Fang.
Then at a 45 degree angle did my first highlight of Russ Grey.

I am now thinking that i might leave the colours as they are without adding the Fenrisian Grey (apart from as an edge highlight).
I think this darker scheme looks alot more wolfish and how they should have been from the start?
So C&C is most definitely welcome!

EDIT: the Colours do look somewhat darker IRL and the pic was taken without a Flash.

Ok so all my Wolves have had a wash of nuln oil and then a dry brush of fenrisian grey.
They now have a down and dirty looking colour scheme and its overall darker than the sky blue colour normal associated with them.
Now i just need to start with the colours so they look less monochromatic!

C&C as always is very welcome!

They're looking pretty good so far, can't wait to see the final work! I'm liking the "dirty" color scheme on them.

It's definitely a good start. They should look good once they're detailed.
