I used tau pieces to build this ship. This is my squad.

I'd consider bulking up a few areas. The engines and weapons are beefy, but the flight surfaces are paper thin. The cockpit could also use a bit of interior detailing and a lot more exterior bulk. Right now, it doesn't look like the pilot has any legs (there's no room for them), nor is there any apparent instrumentation.
