Ferocious Blood Claw




Cornwall

As the title says:
I thought i would do a small kitbash with a Dreadnought i had lying around.
I really wasn't happy with the power claw so i used 4 combat knives and cut the handles off.
I then proceeded to file into the 'claws' so i could glue the blades in to give a more feral talon feel to it!
The rest was just sticking on bits i had lying around from my Space Wolves sprues.

Sorry pics are a bit poor, its the phone camera again, but you might get the idea.

Quite similar to a Bjorn the Felhanded a SW player friend of mine made! He made a few interesting tweaks. His dreadnaught front was the one with the helmet half lidded on the front, which he replaced for a wolf helmet from the GH set.
Then across one arm he placed a wolf cloak from one of the terminator sets.

SW gear looks damn good as decoration, this is what I have learned.

I like it! What you can do to make it extra wolfy is add some greenstuff and shape it to look like fur, like I did with my Wolf Scouts:
