No idea how good tyberos is, but you only have 10 scoring marines, without transports. I can't see you ever winning an objective based game. Drop a dread, and go for 10 man tac squads!

I would drop and ironclad. 200 point HQ at 1000pts is in my opinion too much, take a librarian put him with the sterngaurd in a razorback and maybe have 2 ten man tactical sqauds.
