So when I decided to first start building my grey knights I looked around forgeworld and didn't like their grey knight dreadnoughts. Also I found the look of a dual autocannon setup just too plain looking.

This guy is built out of grey knight terminator bitz, a blood angel's furioso/librarian dread and an aegis defense line quad gun.

The base metal on this sucker was done by a golden demon finalist as a tutorial to me. The rest is my work including the really faint chi and rho (crossed P) on the right side of his chassis.

He's typically used as a dual autocannon dread, hence the 4 autocannon barrels. I was looking for something kinda different and was inspired by the nose gun on a Russian helio. I've also used him/ had him used as assault cannon/ CCW and Autocannon/CCW. WYSIWYG is pretty fluid on this guy. When I was at ATC in 2011 he served as a rifleman gaining battle honors for the death of several Deathwing Terminators, multiple chaos rhinos, and several dozen Orks.

Comments, Critiques, Opinions?

Oh and if you want one like him I can and do build these on commission. This specific one is also for sale here on ebay or here at the swap shop or just PM me.

Nice front image, kinda hard to see the freehand on him.

Excelent view of of the dual autocannon piece.

Dude, that's awesome! I share your distaste for the usual twin autocannon setup, so it's great to see this. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, and I'm going to have to build one of these myself.

If you ever get the chance, a better photo of the freehand on the parchment would be great.

there's smoke in my iris, but I painted a sunny day on the insides of my eyelids

I really like this model. Especially the conversion from the furioso kit... Where did you get the cannon thing from?

It's a frag cannon with a mounting bracket from an aegis defense line gun and the 4 autocannon barrels from the same gun.
