Here's my first go at a custom logan grimnar ! feel the axe could have done with a little more attention...????

The painting is just awsome, as is the basing.

Maybe some sort of decorative pattern on the axe blade. And maybe filing down the blade so it is more thin at the cutting edges. I like the model as a whole and the paint is excellent as well

Yes i was thinking that but i've never used green stuff b4 didn't know how well it would sand down but thanks for the great advice..

Very cool, waaaay better looking than the actual model (which is one of my least favorite in the SW line).

Oh wow, just noticed your name! I am from (and still in) glorious Hereford!

Fantastic piece as well, while the axe isn't to my tastes (could do with a little detail, norse inscriptions/runes maybe) the base and painting are fantastic.

If I were to change anything it would be to give the axe a lightning effect, or a glow of some kind along the cutting edges.

Amazing Grimnar! GW's own version of him doesn't even scratch the surface with this one. But, and this is my only snitch with the model in it's entirety, but any chance of some proper wolf furs or a wolf cloak on his back???

Yes mate the pilgrim part comes off the inscription off the clock tower in creden hill.. thanks for the feed back.
