The armor is flawless, but the sword looks plain in comparison... try to go for some kind of NMM or OSL effect on it. It just looks like a plain blue.

Also, the base I think overhangs the mode's base a bit too much, unless your going for a showcase model (and not a played model).

But yea, the yellow armor looks flawless, amazing job on it.

It's quite good. It's interesting to see how people paint yellow as compared to my own fists. The face and shading across the broad areas of armor is very nice and subtle.

If you wanted you could give him eyeballs, and also paint the glass lenses on his overhead targeter.

The mould line across the storm bolter is quite visible.

I don't know, I kind of like the simplicity of it. Its great blending work on the sword, wish I could get mine to turn out that clean. A special effect like OSL would look pretty cool, but not every guy needs lighting bolts or some such on his sword.

The armor looks so crisp and clean, just great work on it.

Oh I see that now, that's a pretty clear line indeed. I see one on the inside of the left leg too.
This is my least favorite activity too, removing the moulding and imperfections in the model. Its not so fun - I just wanna get some primer on there so I can start painting!
Its ok though, I would just leave it alone, don't try to take it off now.

If your painting talent can produce something as good as this, why is it so clean? Battle damage? Weathering?

Can't fault the painting, but some realism would be good as clearly you should have the talent to produce it.

A bit of everything really....... Titanicus, Bolt Action, Cruel Seas, Black Seas, Blood Red Skies, Kingdom Death, Relic Knights, DUST Tactics, Zombicide the lit goes on.............

I like the simplicity of the scheme which you executred really well. I like the sword the color it is as I am guessing its done to be complimentary. You can see the mold line on the front of the bolter, however I do not see one anywhere else.

To me it falls into the is it worth to even fix? I probably wouldn't. You could trim the mold like carefully and probably be fine. The basing work is solid.

Nice job, I say leave him as is

I think is is very nicely done, my only gripe is the pile of skulls, Yea the terminator is tough but so tough he craps skulls ?

Ok he is that tough.

the paint job is wonderful and does not look flat at all.

Personally, I prefer my models without a bunch of battle damage/weathering, etc. I can understand why some would like it, but definitely not my cup of tea. Perhaps it's not his style either?

Shading, highlights and washes on the model are fantastic, but seeing how well you've doneon it I know that sword could be looking like the centerpiece of the model! Keep going!

Excellent work. Not yellow enough for my personnal Imperial Fist taste but hey everybody likes different things.

It's like space wolves how many people actually use space wolf blue as their primary? 1 in 20 maybe. lol

Keep it up, but I agree some battle wear, and a little more sword word would turn the excellent model it is now into a fantastic one.

Great paint job, it is very smooth and i really like the colors you used. I am actually a fan of that sword, you see the really bright blue swords in every marine army, its nice to see a change.

When people post yellow models they are either a trainwreck or really nice. Never in-between it seems. This is one that is really nice. Has a nice soft and smooth look to it.

Thanks for the great feed back and comments, yes looking back at it it does look like he's crapped skulls lol yes perhaps a bit of battle damage would have looked good but i'm trying to get good at 1 method a time.! So for me colour transition/ blending was the key i didn't want super hardedge highlights as i want a more dull softer tone as it if the armour is newish to a point , just as the shine dies off and the paint begins to dull...
same with the sword want to learn to blend tidy before i try adding osl and all the fancy stuff like that .!Thanks again for the comments and opinions really helps keep them coming
thanks
