I have played a few games with this list (made with the help of my good friend Rich) So far it has done very well. I wanted to just throw it out here in case anyone was interested.

Not sure if it was a typo, but you cannot have 4 psycannons in a 10 man terminator squad.

I would also suggest a stave on your justicar in each of your ten man units to take and tank challenges.

Have you considered taking divination on your librarians? It is absolutely awesome in a ten man terminator/paladin squad.

Psybolts on the 10 man squads? If not, I would highly recommend it.

No simply 4 psycannons, 2 for each squad, but you are right i should have typed it more clear.

Divination is a beautiful set of psychic powers. But i have been using the GK ones to full effect, Pulling Stormravens to me if needed before they zoom off the table, Warp rift has destroyed many a unit/vehicles, and Sanctuary is simply a life saver sometimes. I could see trading the banner for psybolt, The ability to have +1 and auto Force weapons is a very nice thing to have.

Who's the teleport homer on the libs for?

Deep striking terminators

Well, I like the list, gotta play smart with it though, not much room for error. And I assume the teleport homers are also for summoning ravens so no scatter.

take Coteaz for the divination powers if you decide to. saves up some points for psybolt ammo. drop the homer if you wont deep strike. the stormravens can carry those terminators. 10 GK SS are more shooty than the terminators and have more wounds and with rerolls on hits pretty nice ^^ if oyu like the termi setup go for it. same price
imo the new powers are much better than the ones in the codex.

I could do all that yes, and i do appreciate your ideas. The layout of this list is just..sick. everything is set up they way it is, to play off of each other. Warp fire is simply disgusting. Divination is nice yes, and i use it on my blood angels. But the the powers these guys have work very well for the theme/ play style of the list.

10 GKSS have the same amount of wounds as 10 terminators. As well as the same number as storm bolter shots. AND the termies can have 8 psybolt shots on the move where the Strike squads only 4

Some of the new powers are nice yes. I wouldn't say better. if you have the GK codex, just look up warprift. i have taken damn near entire units out with it.

10 Terminators 475 points with 2 psycannons and banner
10 Grey Knights 255 points with 2 psycannon, psybolt ammo and MC Daemonhammer.

2 x 10 Grey Knights with 2 psycannon and psybolt ammo = 480 points

i dont see that you have the same amount of wounds on that terminators for the points you pay.

I'm not talking point cost. I'm talking 10 models and 10 models is still ten models lol. I have played this list with both termies and Strikesquads in the troop slot. It simply works best in my eyes with the termies. It was designed to be a fast drop in shock force. I do appreciate the ideas though.

welcome, any time. if you like it more shooty GK SS are the choice i think, if you like to bully some heretics i think terminators are a good choice. depends on you play style and the army should represent that.
