If I've read the rules regarding stormtroopers right, I can give them Airborne Assault and have them reroll scatters even if not deploying from the Vendetta's. If so, just deep strike them as per normal, if not then I'll stick them in the Vendettas.
One CCS on the Quad, other on the other end of the line of troops. LC Blob behind the ADL, shooting stuff, PW squad moving forward to try and engage in melee, the blank Sargent for soaking up challenges. Maybe drop one of the stormtroopers and swap them for 26 Conscripts to act as a meatshield.

A few things - I'd take axes over those mauls; the strength buff is nicer for guard and the ap2 is great. Sure they wound last but you have enough meat shields to keep them alive.

You might want to reconsider the use of both PG and LC in the same unit due to the massive discrepancy in their ranges (unless the enemy will be right up in your face early on).

Personally, I like the meltadeath stormies.

Why must I always choose beween certain death and probable death.

Mauls are more useful against a larger range of targets, according to the Mathshammer, and they give concussive which (I think) reduces the whole units initiative to 1.

Maybe with the Plasma's, but they synergize well when things are within range. If stuff is within lasgun range, I want the extra killing power to stop them assaulting me. Although I guess the CCS with plasma's and the PCS with flamers achieve that.

Drop the plasma's on the ISs', get a astropath and increase plasma count to 4 in the CCSs'. Or Astropath, 4 Flamers on the PCSs', stick them in the vendetta-s which leaves 20 points for Krak grenades on 2 of the maul squads.

The Lord Commissar joins with the blob adding more fun to it. The Melta is for death or glory, Vets and tanks provide moving cover for the blob if possible. Fliers gonna fly.

The blob, minus PCS, looks like it'll be a huge problem, who's going to ignore 52 models getting closer to you? However the tanks, vets and Vendetta's should be the main killing force.
