If I purchase four infantry platoons, how many points must I spend so that the entire squad has krak grenades when they blob up?

Honestly, the only answer you'll get to a question like this is "it's in the codex". I'm sure someone will point you to a page. But asking for point values is against forum rules and also doesn't belong in YMDC. Just FYI man.

Alright, let me ask in a more neutral manner. Do I need to purchase krak grenades for just one of the infantry platoons, or must they all purchase krak grenades?

Each Infantry Squad that wants grenades must purchase it. Blobbing up has no effect on the wargear the model is equipped with.

Of course if some squads have grenades and some don't, you'll need a way to tell them apart if you combine them.
