This is for a fairly casual tournament(listwise, the players range from ok to "I'll table you with Templar's")
So, the plan here is as follows.
Interceptors and Dreadknight are the mobile element to this army.
Dreadnought gives me long range anti-tank, especially combined with the Icarus Lascannon and Vindicare. only vehicle is a bit of a target, but I'm not to concerned.
Grandstrategy is my wild card. I can either make some scoring units if I need them(probably the Interceptors and Dreadknight) or give something Scout to add more mobility, if I need neither I might give Counter Attack to the Purifiers(facing orks or nids)
Possable opponents: Necrons(2), Eldar(with DE allies), either Nids or Orks, Blood Angels, IG or Blood Angels, Dark Angels or Vanilla marines, Dark Eldar(1 or 2), and either Black Templers or Necrons.

so foot slogging the terminators? or deep striking with the GM?
Also, who's gonna be using the aegis line?
The purifiers are fearless so they can't go to ground for it. I'm guessing crowe to shoot the cannon? Also any particular reason for the missle launcher arm instead of the other AC arm for the dread?
personally I like the vindicare still. It's still a 3+ in ruins. If you had a techmarine, can also boost it up to 2+
The purifiers I feel could use more psycannons but that's just me. It looks like they will be a big assault unit? Any chance of a rhino for them? If they are gonna be static, I feel like extra psycannons are gonna be the better choice.

Fearless models can GtG. They can't be pinned.
I usually footslog terminators. Deep Striking is just too risky.
I'm using a Missile Launcher instead of Autocannon mostly because its what I got. I still havn't got a left autocannon arm for my GKs. And I want to be WYSIWYG after all, not to mention my GK dread looks much better then my vanilla riflemen dreadnoughts.

P35. Fearless models cannot Go To Ground and cannot choose to fail a morale check unfortunately...

I'd go max psycannons on the Purifiers, but what you have make pretty great melee units so it's not really a problem.
The GM and terminators don't seem very useful if you can't get them into combat reliably. I'd conider dropping the Terminators, joining the GM to a Purifier squad and using the points to max out your Interceptor squad. Might even have points left over for something else.
I'd prefer a Heavy Inc on the DK rather than the Heavy Psycannon.

you should max out psycannons anywhere you can. you need to get auto cannons for the dreads, assault is lacking range. take 2-3 servo-skulls if you keep the grandmaster. 250 points is close to draigo, halberd for ini 7. drop the aegisline and get two rhinos. aegisline is for camper and not for the Emperors Finest  Getting the Grand Master into the fight and close to your enemy with ds or the rhinos. terminators with 2 hammers and 2 halberds, who would want to miss 2+ on ini. psybolt ammo only on 10 man squads. you might get some probs when playing 2k games with that list. good second HQ choice with the new psychic abilities is Inquisitor Coteaz for just 100 points or Ordo Malleus for 80.
