Hey guys, I had some left over wood from a project I was working on and had the idea to put this together. I found some pictures of cool land terrain and printed them on 18 x 27 stickers and placed them on both sides of this board. I was testing them out to get an idea how well it would look on a 4x4 game board I'm thinking of making in the future. Let me know what you think
I think the snowy land looks alot better than the desert but might try some icy or green land for my next test. Also excuse my half painted army, the rest of my models are still bare :(

I like it but I would be afraid of loosing my minis on it, Plus any other stuff you put on it (Buildings, etc) just are not going to pop as much.

This looks great. If you could match it with some 3D terrain it would like amazing.

It'd been worth him doing it, just so I could've caught him doing it. |

Id say it looks really cool. Like a planet from orbit or something. Would be awesome to use with battlefleet gothic

Looks cool.
I think sabol designs had made some mats like this a while back...where basically they had some printed textures on them, and I think they too looked decent.
thanks for sharing.

That's right... I have one of the Sabol design mats and it is great. I just don't have enough terrain to use with it :(
The one I have has a reddish/pinkish tinge, so it does particularly well if I am trying to emulate a mars-like planet.
