Ok this will be my 3rd ork and first conversion. I just wanted to share this pic.

The boots are on but i still need to putty the back of the legs. Kinda looks a little wierd and not proportionate but i like it. i cut the knee pad off one side so it looks more orky and less proper...

The space marine armor will be red but the ork paints will have blue detailing because hes a scavanger/ looter from the deathskulls clan.

Do you think i should give him the heavy bolter also or save it for a differant deathskull?

I paint arms seperate. Iv decided against the huge space marine gun. instead he will be holding 2 pistols.

Eh the heavy bolter really doesnt fit to good. Id have to cut the shoulder and do some putty work.

Id like to but thats alota work and im a noob. Think id rather save the gun for another deathskull ork. I also have a left arm marine shoulder pad.

If you really want to use the SM boots, I think you need to orkify them a little more. You can use some styrene card (or an old, used up gift\credit card) and cut it up into small triangles and other sharp points, and then glue them to the front of the boots to be hobnails.

side note: Quad cities, yeah!

Oo and i have a pair of ork boots now so i was gonna drill holes in them so they look like an empty pair of boots and im gonna put them on my trukk.
