had a few spare wings lying around and my helbrute still to make and it turns out they work quite well together it think

got a bit more work to be done still adding in details and stuff

Normally, I'd say those wings were too small to lift such a heavy thing off the ground ....... but this is Chaos we're talking about here, and that means they probably don't have to worry about aerodynamics like we do.

Not a bad idea. Your posing seems to be going in the right direction, with a nice stride propelled by those wings. Would we be able to see the back, as well? It'd be interesting to see how the wings will fit with the rear of the model.

I shall get a pic of the back when i can, it is still needs tidying up a bit just started to put down the basics of the mucles but i will put a pic up when i am back home

Wow! I'm impressed how well the DP wings work with the Hellbrute. I may have to pick up these bits on eBay and try this myself for a winged DP.

Are you planning on doing anything for the head? I know I'm not a fan of the current head area, and I've seen some interesting stuff done to it. Juggernaut heads for Khorne 'Brutes, one giant GS eye for a Tzeentchian one, the horned Difler head for an M'Kar look-alike, etc.

Anyway, back on topic. Your model looks great, and I can't wait to see some paint on it.

not really sure about the head, i might change it on the basis i dont particually like it either, although i am not sure what to

Since the last post I have tided up some of the sculpting and added some details such as chains and parchments
and wires in the form of gutair strings as well as some gap filling

Started to basecoat the hell brute thinking about doing the skin a purple colour? thoughts?
and then the amour will be light grey to tie in to the rest of the army. with a turquoise accent

not sure about wing colour yet.. it will be a light or dark version of the skin colour i know that for sure...
