I got a commisar yarrick of ebay and i was going to paint it up and give it to my brother for christmas as he plays IG but when i got it i decided to do some modeling on it and make it something a little special for him instead so iv used one of the orcs from the animosity ork set and made yarrick hold him over a rocky edge like hes going to drop him
This is my 1st go at any modeling so id like to know what you guys think also does anyone have any idea how i can make the rest of the base look like lava and any advice for painting yarrick or any tutorials for it ?

I like the idea, but the ork's pose seems a bit off, as his right arm and legs are saying 'just chillin bro!' in some weird orkish kinda way ;p

About the model itself, I agree with Requiem, the Ork would surely be making a bit more of a struggle unless he's already dead?

You need to have the Ork trying to pull open the claw to get free.
