I really like the skin tones but the bases seem to be lacking the daemon feel. Maybe some bloody puss foot prints would work well. That way they'd still feel like they were on a normal field and trying to muck up the place. I really like the conversions too; those bellies beg to be messed with. Great job.

If you can't get any of the cool clear paints then a nice way I like to do it is to just paint it with some reds, browns, whites, and then cover it with some gloss varnish. That might do the trick for you.

You could get some gloss varnish (vallejo makes this is a nice dropper bottle) and apply it strategically to the models and bases. That would give them a nasty, glistening, wet look and make them look even more heinous!
