Hi all.

I started a year ago with the aobr set and have built a modest army of Dark Angels since. The hardest part of this has been Deathwing Terminators and my squad could do with a retry in that respect. I am fighting the urge to strip and will keep them as a trophy of where I started. I recently painted up a termie from parts in the DA upgrade sprue and got the missing bitz online. I'm happy with the result.

Basically I primed adeptus onto the plastic then drybrushed wet-dry dark-light fortress grey, graveyard earth, kommando khaki, dheneb stone then heavily washed ogryn flesh. Left this to dry upside down and then drybrushed bleached bone. Went over the details in an adeptus grey mask then put in the details.

But onto what I can see, I would say you should definitely be very pleased with yourself - you can clearly see a massive improvement in your painting over the year. You getting very smooth results and the painting is within the lines, which is something I struggled with when I started.

The colour scheme is really nice too. Perhaps have a go at highlighting the green and red abit more to really make them 'pop'.
