I really love the face of the squad captain.

The tactical arrow was freehand. It worked out OK on some models, and looks really bad on others. I guess practise makes perfect.

the battledmg is a bit rough and you should put another layer of varnish over those decals but other then that its looking good

It looks awesome, I think it's great. Though I have to agree the battle damage is a bit rough and could be more subtle.
