So I've gathered information on what I need and tried to make that meet a sane budget and I am left with this list of items, I would like to hear if I have missed something out or if any of the gears innsuficiant. Also, paints wise I am aiming FTP have what I need to paint nurgle, I'd like to hear from anyone who could tell me any staple airbrush paints they always find being great for nurgle models if such paint(s) exist.
Thanks

You don't need to buy VMA paint because you can shoot any other acrylic paint (GW, Vallejo Game Color, P3, etc.) in you airbrush just fine so just use what you have already. The airbrush itself is fine and I would say it is a pretty decent starter airbrush. However, that compressor is not something I would recommend. Diaphragm compressors can cause pulsing in the airflow which in turn can make it difficult to work. They are also prone to overheating after extended periods of use due their lack of an air storage tank and the need to constantly run. If possible, find a piston-driven air compressor with a tank and a regulator.
One thing to note, after some quick research, I found that the base model H&S Ultra does not come with any paint cups or an air hose. Make sure you either buy the required accessories or a "bundle" that comes with the entire set up (airbrush, hose, paint cup).
Good luck and have fun!

Not sure if you watched the video by buy painted his defiantly professional painter an he suggested a membrane compressor which I think is the one your choosing and the one the above personal talks about. If I am wrong then ignore this:

Anyway doesn't matter what you get just get a airbrush with an air tank, it's gonna help you a lot.

Thanks, I found this compessor that is piston powered and has a tank and its only ten pounds more:

"AB-AS18 Mini Piston type "0n-demand" for Airbrushing Ref: AB-AS-18

Specs

This oil-free piston compressor is an excellent alternative to purchasing propellant cans for your airbrush. It features air "on-demand", meaning that once it has reached its output pressure it shuts off automatically. Only when the airbrush is triggered and the pressure falls does it restart. Compact, portable and quiet (54db) it provides an oil free air supply that is ideal for designers, modellers, artists, cake decorators and nail art.

Ultra quiet (54db) - can be used unobtrusively in the home
Maintenance free oil-less Piston design with lightweight aluminium construction
Built in carry handle - light and easy to transport
Industrial type Pressure regulator with gauge, water trap and air filter
Rubber feet

Motor - 240V 50Hz 1Ph
Power rating - 150W
Rotational speed - 1450 rpm
Maximum pressure - 57 psi
1/8 BSP male outlet
Air displacement - 23 litres/min
Weight - 3.6kg

Price:    £59.99 Including  VAT at 20%"

I allready have an 1/8 bsp hose and as for the paint cup I read that the ultra was supplied with a 2mm cup. With the Vallejo model air paints I added them to the list because I've heard so many good things about them and i will be able to use them before I am good at reducing my existing paint to the right consistency.

While you do have brushes for cleaning, might want to check for the nozzle cleaner reamer too. An extra $3 no biggie but worth it.
