I'm fairly happy with how he turned out. He turned out much better than my nob, in my opinion. Tell me what you guys think.

A very ordinary job here. The more you paint the better they'll be.

Very nice mini! I would leave edging the base with texture paint, instead try a colour that complements it so maybe a darkish green to make the base pop a bit

A great easy trick for a bit more detail on metals i have been using is i drybrush ironbreaker (any light metal works really) onto most of the edges (preferring ones that would be hit with erosion more obviously, like the edges of your klaws).

Its amazing how much it improves an already good model. First time i did it my model was pretty sub-par, actually considerably less than this one, and it ended up looking awesome as hell.

Good job on the mud base btw, ive been tryin to figure out how to do that without pigs since where i live atm getting stuff like that can be annoying.

An ork with an idea tends to end with a bang.

Waaaaayyyy better than my third model ever was! just keep painting and improving man!

I will second the comments about the base edges though, I experimented with texturing them a few years ago, and eventually cam to the conclusion that painting them a darker, complimentary colour to the basing materials was the way to go.
