I will continue to update this thread with new work as we complete it!

These are some Necron Character models we painted up for a client. They have some nice OSL techniques that really set them off.

We're always taking new commissions, check us out to see our rates and previous projects: http://www.frontlinegaming.org/custom-terrain/paint-service/

Thanks for any feedback!

They look great.

1 thing though, the pictures seem dark. It may be my computer at work but if not maybe some better lit pictures next time. It is hard to see some of these.

They were really dark, but I brightened the colors with our photo editor.

We need to get a photo tent but we just dropped a big sum of money on the deposit for the BAO venue. We'll have to hold off on new equipment for a little while.

Thanks, guys!

Yeah, the Necrons came out really well. The Dark Eldar I especially liked as they came out so dang close to the book, which is exactly what the client asked for, we were really happy with them.

Are the DE an example of your level 3 painting?

Really nice stuff here. I must say those DE are looking really good and I may just have to steal that theme.

@Overwatch

Yes, the DE are our Level 3, with custom basing and freehand work.

Our client really enjoyed the Desert IG we did for him previously and asked us to add to it, which we were only too happy to do! These vehicles have a simple, but very striking color scheme that uses an airbrush to fade from a flat brown, to a rich, yellow brown, accented with a brownish metal and dark brown to give it a very nice, dessert feel. This is a level 2 paint job.

As always check out our paint section to see about having Frontline Gaming help you finish your next project!

I think the cammo would look better if it was masked with putty before you air brushed the red color. it would look less "sprayed on".

We actually purposely didn't use putty or tape because we were shooting for that soft edge camo. It's a matter of preferrence as to what looks better, I have done both. My own IG have a hard edge on the Camo, and it is quite a different look.

You coming to the BAO, Levi? We have a table building contest this year! Your Ork table could win you a few hundred bucks in prizes!

Of course I'm coming and I was thinking of building a new table just for it. Was thinking of giving it to a friend or just auctioning it off after the tourny.

Awesome! Be good to see you again, buddy.

And your table last year was one of the main inspirations for this contest this year! It looked so cool we wanted to try and get some more folks excited to build awesome tables, too. We want to build really cool, unique tables like that but we just don't have time as we have to make so much terrain.

Oh, and if you need help selling the table at the event, we'll definitely put the word out.

Thanks! We have two international painters on the team (two of our best, actually) and Oscar from Sweden painted these, He is a legit artist, too, with paintings in galleries and such, he does a very good job.

I second that about the highlighting on the wolves. It's unfortunate that the bolters weren't drilled, even if they aren't meant to be top standard paint jobs.

That Thunderhawk looks sweet, I like the pink Aquila on the front.

We do drill out weapon barrels if the client asks (and pays) us to.

Hate the model, which isn't your fault, but I love the paintjob. My only critique is the sword. The faces seem a bit off with the colors used, not bad, but a bit off imo.

Again, my photography skills undersell the model, but it is brilliant, very well done.

The client specifically asked for purple tones on the power weapons and in real life, it looks awesome.

Here are some more minis!

The crazy looking Slaneesh Terminator is a custom model that our client made using a 3D modeling program and a 3D printer! Very cool.

Imotehk was a special piece, and the client asked us to do some really specific airbursh work on the cape, which was a new experience for the artist. The model also features a custom base and light weathering.
