Hey Dakka-mates!
I have been expanding (rather quickly I might add) my Necron forces and have come to the conclusion that I need wraiths.
Are they expensive or what?!
So I am trolling around ebay and come to a Tomb Stalker from Forgeworld, buy it now unassembled for around the same price as a 3-pack of the new wraiths. The picture is at the bottom here.
My question: What else would I need to make up 12 Wraiths out of this? I think I might have discovered a conversion gold mine here. Those torso sections look extremely similar to the old Wraith torsos before the current models came out. Plus, they appear to have arm holes and would need very little work making a tail hole, if any at all.
It looks like I have all thats needed for the arms, as each section comes with a set. What would make a good tail? Should I just be looking at wire? Any other easily obtainable acceptable tail pieces floating around out there?
Love to hear your feedback.
