Decided to photo most of my Necrons and share 'em with the internet.

Destroyer Lords. These guys have been so awesome in 6th edition that rest of the HQs haven't seen much battle recently.

Various Lords and some Lychguards.

14 Crypteks... The beefier ones are usually Harbingers of Destruction and the scrawny guys in front have been everything else depending on the list.

Troops and some elites. 40 Warriors, 20 Tesla Immortals and 10 Deathmarks.

A dozen Wraiths. I love these models.

Annihilation Bargs. I almost never play without these. No pilots as you can see, I prefer them like this.

One of two scythes.

A C'tan Shard known as the Green Phantom

An Overlord surveying the army from his Command Barge.

Some of my stuff is missing from these pics, either because it's not with me at the moment (two ghost arks and a monolith reside at my gaming club since they are so annoying to transport) or because they need to be repaintend and/or rebased (20 more warriors and 20 more bases of scarabs, plus 9 heavy destroyers).

Wow look at 'dem necrons! Nice to see a fully painted army at that size. Looks like they all tie in together really nicely. One problem is that the picture are a bit small. It would be nice if you would take a couple profile shots of specific guy's so we can really see the painting. Other then that great work!

He probably noticed, but clicking on external links is very unpopular here on Dakka.

Very nice army though.

Edited the original post to have full sized images. Now I'm expecting someone to complain about this thread being too heavy to open on their mobile connection...

Ah, I see you are no novice to the ways of the internet.

The army looks great! Very consistent and regimented.

I like your no-pilot conversions to the vehicles; they look very slick.

^Thanks!

In case someone is interested, the green metal is simply a thin coat of vallejo dark green on top of heavily drybrushed metal and some badab black (or army painter dark tone which is pretty much the same stuff) on top of that. Discovered it by accident when painting my first squad of immortals, the paint was so thin that it didn't cover the metal on their guns and I realized it actually looked pretty cool that way. On the wraiths this technique works really well since it makes their carapaces look very insect-like. Maybe I should get some spyders just to paint some more of that...

I don't think taking more detailed pics of individual models is worth it, you can see well enough from these that the painting is very basic. Infantry models aren't even highlighted at all, just washed. I've aimed at quantity over quality with this army.

Great collection of nasties you got there, I like the basic scheme, that green is very nice.
