So its a while since I actually put anything on Dakka stage by stage, so here's my Ork Warboss (named BlitzBurna) blog. First of all I'm a big supporter of WISIWIG so we need to convert the model. Extra's I've done so far:
Need an Attack Squig. So I've used the old metal Warboss Squig. I've changed the pose slightly and cut off the chain. I'll be fixing a new one to him. I've pined and drilled a hole were he needs to be stuck. I've gone for the right arm which is holding the hadlebars on the bike model.
Added some Armorcast Cinematic effects for muzzel flashes to the Big Shootas.
This bike needs to look fast! I've added the small snotling model from the Shokk Attach Gun and added a panel that he's clutching onto for dear life. Also added some Squig Fuel Injector Tanks on the other side of the mud guards.
Flaming Termintor Helmets. Pure Win!

Unfortunately, I've lost the initial pictures. So here's whats done so far. The Squig!

Right, I'll be painting parts individually before I assemble this fully. Here are the Big Shoota's. The Muzzel Flashes will only be done when I've finished the front forks and wheel as I need to brush the same colours onto those peices to make the OSL work. Before I can do that I need all the Bike completed so I can then apply a filter wash, and all the weathering like the soot, dust, rust etc etc. So at the moment these guns are not complete, but complete enought for me to move on.

The Engine I really want to stand out on this model. Its got to look good. I've decided that BlitzBurna will need to have some flamin' Termi' Heads on his bike, and what better place to stick 'em but on the top of the engine. They are not glued into the Engine as yet, but holes are drilled for the brass rod.

This is looking insanely cool already. I want to see this done!

Finally found my first pictures of the whole model prepared for undercoating so you can get a looksee as to what I'm aiming for. None of the peices are glued in place and if you cough, the thing will fall to bits. Note the Snotling hanging on for dear life and the Attack Squig!

Engine Basecoated. I'm going to Yellow & Black hazzard strip the engine intake and get some good ole Checks and a Lightening Bolt on the side of whatever that thing is on the top. Having worked on Jet Engines for the best part of 5 years, I can assure you I have no idea what that it, but then I'm not an Ork!

Since this thread deserves a long lifetime I am moving it to the P&M Blogs section.

Engine painted. Remember kids, this still needs weathering, but I can't do that until all the peices are painted!

Flaming terminator heads ARE pure win! This looks pretty sweet even without the weathering that is to come!

Been sidelined on another 'secret' project the last week. Should make some good headway on this over the next couple of days. Up next is the rear body. I've moved my Grot hanger on to the other side. The right side of the rear of the model is actually designed to be slightly higher than the left to give the impression of the suspension working. This didn't leave much room for the Grot so I've had to move it. I've also added some 'Squig Injector Tanks' to the other side for some extra speed!

Most of the Bike is now done. I'll be assembling later and then starting some of the weathering on it.

And here's the bike chasis done in all its glory! Now got to start the weathering, filters, rust, oil, sand, mud, flames..............

Here is the 95% complete bike. 5% is the Matt and Gloss varnishing. I've weathered this up with rust and mud using x6 MIG Pigments, Oil streaks with MIG Oil, and smoke from Tamiya. Started on the Warboss, just finished his skin.
