Well, title says all. Thoughts, tips?

Awesome. Maybe a little large? Could possibly work for a dreadnought, as a two handed weapon, could be nice

Where does the handle come from? It looks nice. It's a bit oversized, but not so much so that you can't sell it. I think it would look better on a Terminator than on a regular Space Marine, but that's just personal opinion. If you DO put it on a power armor-clad Marine, might I recommend doing what you can to increase his profile? A banner off his back, some basing to elevate his height, or a broad shouldered stance will all help to give the visual impression of increased bulk, making the larger than normal hammer seem much more reasonable.
