I haven't done any conversion but if i did i would probably go with the kai gun arm from the old termie sorcerer.

Well the fluff says it sits in between Khorne and Tzeentch in origin, so you could go with Khornate spiky body for the weapon and a bird / lizard head fro the mouth...

As I run a Slaanesh army I've used it as a counts as doom siren, so I've just given my lord the Noise Marine upgrade pack backpack.

I use this :
This is a GK incinerator. Written on it is "Fortitude" which goes well with plague marines IMHO.
I am still debating on leaving it stock, or customizing it. I kinda like it that way. Automatically Appended Next Post:

I used a terminator heavy flamer arm, then added the dragon bits from the chaos knights musician horn.

Like Steffo above, I have used the daemonic horn head from the WOC range and green stuffed it to a flamer in place of the barrel.
