So I decided to start Dark Angles, and after 3 days of painting, I am finally done. Feel free to leave comments. Sorry if the pictures are a little dark, but it is the best I could do.

I love the gritty feel you've given them

I'm going to be honest.

So I decided to start Dark Angles, and after 3 days of painting, I am finally done.

It shows. As far as I am concerned, they look horribly unfinished and a rushed job. Hell, the bases haven't even been done properly.

Gotta agree.

To me they look as if you've undercoated them with Chaos Black Spray and then added some colours/washes to the details.
I mean, the black doesn't even have any highlights (as far as I can tell from the pictures). Also, the bases?

Don't misunderstand, they have the feel of a good starting point, but they really need more work.
If you're going for a gritty feel, I'd advise doing a few layers of medium drybrushed bone or whichever colour you'd like them to be and then move onto painting the details.

I like that Chaplain. Might need to spend a little more time on the paint though, but its a good start and you will have a "painted" army on the table now so good job.

Such a shame. Mould lines, unfinished bases, undrilled gun barrels and a clearly rushed paint job. It looks like you only spent three days on them. You need to sit down and take your time, the colour scheme is good and the red cowls look nice. The suplices though are just undercoated black and drybrused in a bone colour, the guns are just drybrushed boltgun silver and the bases need doing.

If you took your time and actually painted them rather than just drybrushing everything, you'd have the makings of a nice army.....

Showcase rules require finished bases. Moving to P&M general.
