Well, here are the finishing parts of that Legion of the Damned force I've been posting.

I'd like to re-iterate once again that the conversions are all the work of my client.

Sweet! I like how you've done the flames, I can never get mine to look any good

Thats some good looking flames, and some awesome conversions! My favorite bit is the horse bones on the bikes. Nice work!

Really cool conversions.

Really nice work, my only very minor critiscism would be the Venerable Dreadnought (2nd picture). The skull and flames on the right hand side of the sarcophagus looked like an Ork glyph at first glance.

Nicely done. The bikers look great, very distinctive.

I really like your flames. I do Salamanders and I'm always afraid to paint flames because I can never get them to look right. Have you thought about doing a tutorial on how you do them?

Your client is a pretty good converter. I really like the 'Poor Yorick' marine, especially. And the Ghost Rider jetbiker made me laugh. All told, excellent job.

As a fellow owner of a Legion of the Damned army, I applaud the work. Your flames have crisper lines than mine.

Is the "Alas, poor Yorick" marine a variant of Sergeant Centurius, maybe?

Really good work, would love you know how to make the quad bikes, they make an excellent proxy for the attack bike.

Any chance of getting a guide from your client?

I did make this tutorial on Hotrod Flames a while back. The big difference between that one and the ones above is the outline on the flames- on the above flames, I took individual two-point sections of the flame and outlined them with the lightest flame color.

I recently did a similar conversion using this tutorial It isn't exactly the same as the bikes you see above, but the overall feel was pretty similar.

The Legion of the Damned is just so (wait for it) damn awesome. It's a shame no one really plays them, though.

I really love the quad bikes. I'm not a big fan of the regular Space Marine bikes and have always wanted a better looking scout vehicle, like the Mongoose from Halo 3.

Odin, I usually love your stuff but I'm not a fan of these. The flames look haphazard and are backwards (flames go light at the base and dark at the top). Plenty of folks do that though, so I guess it's a matter of taste.

It's probably just me but some of the conversions look like they've just got bones shoved onto the model.

Meh, if your other stuff weren't so awesome I wouldn't be so critical.
