Pretty damn good for your first miniatures! You fill out details well and your shading/lighting is very good for a beginner.
Some points however:
1. Your bases look sloppy compared to your miniatures, I don't know if they are completed, but they should match your minitures in terms of quality.
2. Your models looks slightly too "shiny". I guess either you used some kind of varnish or you've used too much wash. I usually find that too much wash makes models look shiny. Too avoid this you can dilute the wash with a little water and instead make several layers, also you should remove excess wash as those areas become super shiny.

Thanks karokk,
Yes I agree about the basing I was going for a mud pit kind of look using the mud texture paint, I still have to paint the perimeter of the bas yet ( I think light brown maybe?) how do you think I could spice up the bases ?
Also yes I covered all of my models in the GW Ardcoat to try and protect the paint job because I'm going to be playing a lot of games with these guys and it gave it a high gloss effect, not really sure if I like how it turned out. I've read on other posts about gloss and mat varnishes and people generally have said you can put a mat varnish over a gloss varnish without losing detail I guess ? I might give that a try to see how it turns out

Being a Slaanesh fan I obviously find anything Nurgle hideous but unlike the first model I painted, which my friend said looked like an autistic on speed had painted it, yours looks AMAZING! ^_^

Looks great! Yes, you can do matt varnish over gloss one, just remember than any usage of matt varnish will dim/flatten colours a bit. Personally I'm using mix of satin and matt to do the finish.

The bases need depth and lighting just like the miniatures, if you want mud you should try and drybrush the base a bit with a lighter brown color. You could also add minor details like turfs, skulls, rocks etc.

pretty good, you may want to redo some of the colors on the demon prince, looks a little too colorful.
