Rich1234 here is the owner of Wayland and I'm sure he will be along to address the issue. He's usually quite on the ball at responding to Wayland themed threads.
As for what to do, in the first instance raise a customer service ticket on waylands site to address the issue.
They have a pretty good
CS record in my experience though in all honesty I live within 20 miles and consider them my
FLGs, so tend to deal face to face so
ymmv.
As to whether Imperial Armouries are still in business; I don't know but this will not effect your entitlement to a refund if Wayland can not source the ordered goods. If the cant supply you will get yor money back.
