I finally finished my first HQ! Now I can actually start playing games what with having a legal army and all! The first of many it is hoped!

In my excitement to finish Master Balthasar (12am - 3:30am) I forgot to paint his backpack! Doh!

Nevertheless... please do let me know what you think. Better pictures of my small 800+ point army will appear soon enough!

Great job. The only thing I see is maybe the sword could use some shading. Everything else is top notch!

How could I shade the Power Sword better? I know there are so many techniques out there, but I just did the simplest one I knew!

Looks good! I think the sword looks fine as is. (I'm assuming that the arcs of power-whatsits all over the blade can be presumed to emit light, so I think that shading the blade would be exceedingly delicate work and not at all necessary.)
