The craters, Aquila, and building ruins are from an older listing. I really enjoyed making them, and would like any comments or suggestions. I copy and pasted the discriptions below.

The two larger pieces have generator turbines recessed into the surface of the rock. Each turbine is numbered,
1 being the main generator. Both turbines rotate manually with a little force, but do not spin when being handled.
Generator 1 has a metal security hatch protecting high votage electronics that power the
turbines. There is a small gap on the hatch to make it easier to open and close with your finger.
The hatch is accessed by a computer keypad. The theory was that the miniature would kneel down and punch in the
access code opening the hatch for maintenance, or sabotage. The faux metal hatch is suppported in the back by a
beam, also faux metal. The beam has a strip of hazard stripes, and the hatch is covered in high voltage,
and authorized personnel signs. I carried the hazard stripes over to the turbines as well. I liked how the yellow in
the hazard stripes broke up the dark black, and grey colors. The terrain itself is a dark, rocky wasteland with eroded
natural spires, and layered plateaus. I wanted to paint these using red colors to resemble a kind of martian landscape
but settled for darker colors to compliment a wider variety of other terrain. Maybe next time.. I added a kind of natural
layered rock staircase leading up to the turbines in different areas, and higher rock overhang surrounding the rest.
Every piece is painted black, and clear coated on the bottom. They are made out of durable high density foam,
making them very light weight, and easy to transport.

Generator 1 measures about 11in long at its longest point, and 8in wide at its widest point.
Generator 2 measures about 10in long at its longest point, and 7in wide at its widest point.
The 3 smaller terrain pieces are between 4.5in long, and 5.5in long. They are between 3.5in, and 5in wide
To better help with scale, the turbines are 80mm cpu fans.

4 custom made Warhammer 40k terrain pieces. The pieces are hand made, and sealed with automotive clear coat. The terrain was made to resemple muddy conditions, and the clear coat really gives it a wet, glossy shine. The auction includes 2 craters, 1 building ruin with crater, and an awesome cracked Aquila monument. These are great by themselves, or could be used with many other terrain themes.
