I usually paint Ultramarines, but I decided to take a break from that and try some Orks.

Love them! They 'pop' really well but show all the orky necessities!

I agree with Joyous_Oblivion, the models really 'pop'. The painting on these guys is really top notch.

Nice work. I think these might be the cleanest orks I've ever seen, but they look damn good. You've done a good job with a unified color palette, and I like your combination of simple, bold colors with muted earth tones. Good work.

These are great! I hate it when people go overkill on red or other clan colours. This is nice and subtle. Wicked browns.

Show me mooore.

I have lots more - they're still on the sprue and I'm out of primer. You'll see them in a month or so

Thanks folks.
Criticism is certainly welcome, I'm always trying to improve.

I must reinforce everything that everyone else has said, very nice job. Very clean and neat. Only thing I would add is drilling the barrels on the sluggas would add that finishing touch, maybe with a slight blackening around the muzzle break? very smooth job though. Love the classic ork green!

Agreed about drilling the barrels, but I'd skip the soot, personally. To me, at least, it doesn't fit with the cartoonish look the smooth colors and blacklining (or is it just really dark green? Hard to tell...) lend.

I love 'em. Though they might not look as good here in a close-up as some other orks, I bet these look better than most across from you on a tabletop. Crisp and bright looks great on the board!

Neat job, nice looking fellas. Agree on the drilling of the barrel, although you could do with a metal ringed black hole...

'ere we go!
