The idea of the list is to create a walking 2+ cover save for the Plaguebearers with Nurglings while topping up the tally with the Soul Grinders. The GUO anchors the force and can either use Deep Strike off an icon or deploy with the rank and vile.

I'm trying to cut it down to 1850 but I can't make my mind up on what to cut.

The list also seems incomplete like it's missing something.

Any help would be welcome.

Cut down the Greater Etherblades, to Etherblades. That will save a ton of points. The Greater Etherblades are not worth 10 points more than a regular Etherblade.

I'd consider putting all the Plague Drones in one squad. They become much harder to shift at that point.

I'd also combine the two ten man plague bearer squads. this will save you points on the Banner, and Instruments.

I'd also Drop Epi. with only a 6' bubble, I'd say he's not near as good anymore.

I'd drop the Plague Flail on the GUO. I'd say if you don't like one of your greater rewards, then grab the Balesword. The Balesword is just brutal on an AP2 MC. The Plagueflail is not BAD on the GUO, but if you're trying to trim the fat, I'd say you could go without it. He's pretty beastly on his own.

I'm also not sure if you really need the Grimoire of true names. When I think of that, Bloodcrushers tend to come to mind more so. With Shrouded, you should be able to nab 3+ cover saves without to much difficulty.

So only having two unit that can grab objectives is doable here?

The thing with the Grimoire is that I thought you could increase the cover save with it.

If I can't then I'll rewrite the list.

Well, removing Epi already gives you enough points for another Plaguebearer squad. Combine that with shaving off points from some of my other suggestions, and you should have plenty left over for more troops.

Grimoire only improves/decreases Invul saves.

I think this comes out to 1850 exactly. I'd double check my math though, I normally use Army Builder for lists.
