Looks good, overall. A few nitpicks, for the sake of (hopefully) constructive criticism:
The golden plume seems out of place, to me. Even assuming, for practicality's sake (as little as it matters in the Warhammer world), that it's somehow gilded and not solid metal, as it appears, I think it unbalances the decoration. I'd have kept it either blue or red, personally, unless there's some appropriate bit of fluff I'm not aware of (always a distinct possibility, especially with Fantasy).
The pale strip of feathers seems a bit flat, especially compared to the surrounding ones. I might have kept the brown wash, for the sake of definition, instead of the sepia it appears you switched to. I can certainly understand why you would have done so, but I think the continuity of the shade color will keep it from looking out of place, while allowing for better contrast.
Finally, eyes. For the mount, I love the color, love the shape, but the yellow doesn't stand out very well surrounded by a light, warm brown. I might go a bit heavier on the blacklining (good call on applying it, in the first place), to really set them off. For the rider, the uniform blue makes him look a bit like a ghost. If you don't have the room to make everything distinct, as on the mount, it's usually best to avoid trying to add iris colors. At a distance, they don't really seem to show, which is all the more reason to keep the eyes a more natural off-white (the dominant color, if not the most memorable one, in person) with shading around them (to make them stand out) or simply darken the whole socket (assumed deeper shadow).
