I'm just curious as to how good the mini is I like it but how does it stand up to your standards?.

Looks pretty cool. Now why the claw and staff?

I had a chaos terminator lord with duel lightning claws lying around, who I would never use, so I cut off his arms and reposed one and swapped the other for a staff. I imagine that he is pretty frail without the termi armour and so has to use his staff to limp around. also Got any name ideas I was thinking something like Plorshak the Frail.

I think it would look better with a different Helm. It seems you are going for a Txeentch theme Sorcerer so a Thousand Son helm or the pointy helm that comes with the kit would look appropriate. The Banner on the top looks a bit out of place and might look better on the Staff.

I used that head for the eye mask cause it looks cool and I cant use that helm because I used it on my Slaanesh Sorcerer (the Slaanesh Sorcerer is meant to be a Disciple of Fabius Bile).

Looking very nice there. The new Daemon Tzeentch Chariot comes with three heads for the herald, one of the is sweet looking avian head, if you happen to know some that has that kit and is willing to part with it I think would be awesome for a Tzeentch Sorcerer Head.

You could add some extra bling, like scrolls, books, icons, Horror daggers etc.

It looks awesome, but i think the claw and face makes it look... khorney. Having an angry face and a big combat weapon isn't very scorceror like imo.

I don't think the head and leg on the base look natural, and the icon is huge in my opinion. I would remove all those things. I agree with previous comments about looking for a different head. Also, a close combat weapon doesn't look right on a sorcerer, try a combi-bolter or other ranged weapon.
